ASLAN & DURAN Law and Consultancy Office was founded by Lawyer Yasemin Berna ASLANBAY and Lawyer Şerife DURAN, and provides consultancy services on law and legal matters as Ankara lawyers.
Lawyer Şerife DURAN graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999. After serving as a judge in the Criminal Court of First Instance, the Civil Court of Peace, the Cadastral Court, the Turkish Justice Academy and the 21st Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals, she started working as a lawyer. DURAN, who has a master's degree in European Union Law from Selçuk University Private Law Department, is a doctoral student and is married and the mother of 3 children.
Lawyer Yasemin Berna Aslanbay graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2015. Following his professional activities after completing his legal internship, he continues his career as the founding lawyer of Aslan & Duran Law Firm. He is also a mediator registered in the Mediation registry of the Ministry of Justice. Lawyer Yasemin Berna Aslanbay, who mediates especially in Ankara labor law and Ankara commercial law disputes as a labor law expert mediator, is married and the mother of 2 children.
